Fees are payable by cash, debit (including debit Visa & debit Mastercard), AMEX, Visa, or Mastercard at each appointment.

Note: For same day counselling sessions only, the fee is payable by credit card over the phone during the intake call.

 

Insurance

Our services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefits plan. It is important that you check with your insurance provider prior to your appointment to determine if you are eligible for coverage. We are not able to provide refunds for services which are subsequently denied coverage by an insurer. At this time, we offer direct billing for massage therapy services ONLY.

Cancellation and Credit Card Policy

When you schedule an appointment with a practitioner on our team, they commit to reserving that time slot only for you, and you commit to paying for the reservation of their time. In order to reserve an appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. Your credit card information will be stored securely and will only be charged if there is a late cancellation or missed appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice in order to avoid applying a late cancellation fee.  Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full rate of the appointment using your credit card on file. This includes first appointmentsIf you're unable to attend your appointment at the last minute due to an emergency, your credit card will still be charged; however, your practitioner will assess whether it is appropriate to waive the cancellation fee and apply the charge to your next appointment. Our cancellation policy is intended to respect the time, energy, and commitment of our practitioners and their clients, every one of whom we value greatly.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SAME-DAY SESSIONS

When you schedule a same-day session, your credit card will be charged during your intake call with a member of our Client Care Team. Refunds are not provided once a session has been scheduled, so please ensure that you are available to attend prior to booking. If you need to cancel the appointment due to an emergency, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can assist you with rescheduling your appointment and assess whether it is appropriate to apply the charge to your next session.

 

Hours of Operation

Our Client Care Team is available Monday-Friday (10 a.m.- 8 p.m.).  Each practitioner has their own unique schedule; we encourage you to visit the profile pages for our team members for specific information on their current availability, or contact our Client Care Team for more information. A mix of daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available across our team.
